Hi, I'm Josh!

As the dependable and experienced consultant for my clients, I understand that buying or selling a home is a very personal and complex process. This responsibility is what drives me to be an expert on the job. As your consultant I want to be sure that you have someone dependable, knowledgeable and trusted on your side.

I launched my real estate career in 1995. Since then, I’ve managed over 150 property rentals, helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate through the sometimes-complicated process of buying and selling a home. I’ve also invested in rental properties as well bought and sold investment properties. As a real estate professional, I dedicate myself to learning all aspects of the real estate business.

I take pride in the fact that my success in real estate largely stems from positive referrals. Developing long lasting relationships is more important to me than any single transaction. Making sure that you understand and feel comfortable with every decision is my number one goal.

Outside of real estate I enjoy fishing, golfing and giving back to my community and local charities. I also love giving to my local church, Parkview, where my family and I attend.
